Step 1:
Click on the Reports link from the Back Office. On the Reports Page, click on the Patron tab in the upper right hand corner. The Patron Statistics Summary is located at the bottom of the Patron Reports page. As this report may slow down certain Destiny functions including jobs submitted by others, it is not available during the peak hours of 8:00 A.M. and 2:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. The report will be an active link at all other times.
Step 2:
At the next screen, group by FCAT level and then by Homeroom.
Select only Students and Active and Restricted students.
Click on the Update button.
 Step 3:
You can view the number of check-outs Grouped first by F.C.A.T. Level and then by Homeroom.
Click on any of the Homeroom sections and drill down to the list of students in that room with that level and it will list the checkouts for those students.
If Homeroom is “Other” than there was no FCAT Level data in those students records.
